Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining appropriate access to their systems during service delivery.
IT Help USA provides support and assistance with compliance implementations. Clients remain responsible for their own compliance status and regulatory requirements.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
